We offer our experience in boat management to help the boat owner amortize the initial cost as well as the ordinary operating costs.

Our aim is to make the boat owner’s life easier, offering full management service. Together with the boat owner we will choose the more suitable and profitable option between a fixed amount and an agreed percentage of the revenues. We will arrange the price list with the boat owner and we will be responsible for all the marketing costs and customer relations.

You will be free to decide whether you prefer to entrust Shamandura with the management of your boat only in the summer or for a longer period.

Our service is completely customized so we will be glad to cooperate with you and study the way that best suits your own requests and needs, giving you the possibility to use your boat when it is not leased.

We offer technical as well as operational support, we advise our customers as to the marketing strategies, the selection and management of the personnel, check and purchase of new equipment,
supervision of works at the shipyard, insurances, safety-system check and anything necessary.
